Recently I had the opportunity to attend an outdoor lighting training event in California where lighting professionals from around the country gathered to learn the latest techniques, design strategies, and technology in landscape lighting.

Continuing education is important in this industry because outdoor lighting has evolved a lot in the last few years. Fixtures are more efficient, control systems are smarter, and design philosophies have shifted toward creating lighting that looks more natural and balanced.

My goal is always to bring those ideas back home and use them to help homeowners throughout central and north central Indiana create outdoor spaces that look incredible after dark.

The Biggest Thing I Took Away From the Training
